Service Description
A standard Overnight Stay includes all standard pet sitting amenities and typically begins around dinnertime for your pet and concludes the following morning after breakfast and a walk or long romp in the backyard. Basic home services are included (alternating lights and blinds/draperies, bringing in mail, and bringing garbage to and from the curb).
Cancellation Policy
We have a 7-day cancellation policy for pet sitting reservations that span holidays and a 3-day cancellation policy for all other pet sitting reservations. All cancellations made prior to policy requirements constitute a full refund. Cancellations made less than the time required of our policies may be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations made 0-24 hours prior to your scheduled departure are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
